Pricing Studio — Privacy Policy

Pricing Studio is a companion app for the DPYC ("Don't Pester Your Customer") ecosystem. It is designed to keep you in control of your own identity, credentials, and funds. We do not operate a central account system, and we do not sell or share your data.

Identity and keys

Your identity in Pricing Studio is a Nostr keypair. Your secret key (nsec) is generated and held only in your device's Keychain and is never transmitted to us or to any third party. Your public key (npub) is, by design, a public identifier that is shared with the services and Nostr relays you choose to interact with, as part of normal protocol operation.

No traditional accounts

We do not require or collect a name, email address, password, or phone number to use the app. There is no developer-operated login.

Network connections you initiate

The app connects directly, at your direction, to: (a) the MCP services (operators and authorities) you choose; (b) Nostr relays; and (c) Bitcoin Lightning payment processors, to create and settle invoices. These exchanges are governed by the respective services' own policies. We do not run a central server that aggregates your activity.

Payments

Lightning invoices are paid using your own external Lightning wallet. Pricing Studio does not custody funds and does not store payment-card data.

Credentials

Any API credentials you supply (for example, for services you operate) are stored encrypted in your device's Keychain and, when shared with a service, are delivered over end-to-end encrypted Nostr direct messages ("Secure Courier"). They are not sent to us.

AI assistant

If you use the in-app assistant, the text you submit is sent to the third-party AI provider you configure (such as Anthropic or xAI) to generate a response, subject to that provider's privacy policy. Please do not include secrets in assistant prompts.

No advertising or tracking

The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not use the device Advertising Identifier (IDFA). We do not track you across apps or websites.

Data storage and retention

App data — such as your list of services, pricing models, and cached balances — is stored locally on your device and is removed when you delete the app.

Children

Pricing Studio is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
